Welcome to Archipelago Self Spa Villa, a smart, well-equipped house at the top of a hill on Ingarö, one of the most attractive islands in the Stockholm archipelago. The 5,500 m2 plot gives you calm, privacy and direct access to untouched Swedish nature, yet the city is only about a 30-minute drive away.
Groups and celebrations (8-12 guests): make it your private self spa. Heat up the wood-fired sauna, cool off under the outdoor cold shower, and spend the evening on the 40 m2 balcony or the second event terrace. Inside there are two fireplaces, a 65-inch TV with soundbar and subwoofer, a Sony Bluetooth sound system, a PS4, a ping pong table and plenty of games. A jacuzzi can be added on request for an extra charge (please ask before booking). Parties and events are welcome when agreed with the host in advance. Loud music moves indoors after 9 pm out of respect for the neighbours.
Families and weekday stays: the house has a crib, high chair, baby bath and fireplace guards, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, freezer, Nespresso machine, blender and toaster. A washer and dryer are included. Working from home is easy in the dedicated office with a height-adjustable desk, ergonomic chair, 42-inch 4K monitor, walking pad and Ethernet connection.
Explore: the nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away, lakes are 10-25 minutes on foot, and several of the archipelago's finest sandy beaches are about 10 minutes by car. Borrow the bikes free of charge (on request), take the included padel rackets to Ingarö Padel, or rent SUP boards from us. Ingarö Golf Club and kayak rental are nearby.
Arrival: self check-in with a smart lock/keypad. Access instructions are sent before arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and checkout by 11:00 AM. Pets are allowed. No smoking indoors. Bed linen and towels can be rented for 150 SEK per person, or you can bring your own. No cleaning fee is charged; guests clean using the checklist provided, or cleaning can be added on request.

- Bedrooms and sleeping: Bedroom 1 has a king bed (180 cm). Bedroom 2 has a queen bed (160 cm). Bedroom 3 has a queen bed (160 cm) and a sofa bed. Bedroom 4 (guest room) has a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). The living room has sofa beds. The main house and a separate guesthouse together sleep up to 12 on beds and sofa beds.
- Bathroom: one bathroom in the main house with hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Outdoor cold shower by the sauna.
- Spa and wellness: private wood-fired sauna. Firewood is available at the nearest gas station, or we can help buy it. Outdoor workout area with free weights and a yoga mat. Optional jacuzzi at extra cost.
- Kitchen and dining: full kitchen and coffee. Dining table for 8-10, an extra table for 6, and outdoor dining on the balcony for larger groups. BBQ grill and utensils.
- Living: two indoor fireplaces, a 65-inch TV, a sound system, a PS4, books and board games, and room-darkening shades.
- Work: dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection.
- Outdoor: two terraces/balconies, a backyard, outdoor furniture and beach essentials. Valley view.
- Parking and transport: free parking on site and on the street. EV charger (for a fee). Bus 430X from Slussen to Återvall, then a 10-minute walk.
- Safety: smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit and exterior security cameras.
- Good to know: no air conditioning in the house. Water comes from a well, so please use it responsibly. Guests sort their garbage according to local rules.
