Semi-detached apartment completed in 2013, total area 65 m², of which approx. 10 m² is the low loft. On the ground floor, a high living room kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and wardrobes. From the living room, a steep ladder leads to a low loft with separate beds for three. Washroom/shower/toilet and sauna with electric stove. Access to the terrace from the living room, which overlooks the lake. Baby gates at the top and bottom of the loft stairs. Sotkamo 4 km, Vuokatti 9 km, Holiday Club Katinkulta/spa 11 km. Lake Sotkamojärvi, distance approx. 70 m, the beach is not suitable for swimming (natural).
The holiday apartment can be used from 16:00 on the day of arrival, until 12:00 on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings.
