There are three bedrooms with double beds in two of them and a bunk bed in the third. Stylish bathroom with shower, wc and washing machine.
A short walk from the house is a small bay with a fine sandy beach, where you can have a swim or an ice cream. Fishing in the sea is completely free for anyone who fishes with hand gear.

You can go on guided tours around the city, visit Kalmar castle or go sightseeing with the Kalmar flounder. From Kalmar, you can take the bridge over to popular Öland.
