History.
The house was originally built by a Swedish boat captain and his wife. About 50 years later, the house was redesigned and rebuilt into what it is today—a main house and two separate guest houses. A comfortable and well-designed house with plenty of character and excellent amenities.

Outdoor space.
A large wooden deck surrounds the main house and features a lounge area, deck chairs, a dining table with chairs, a barbecue, and an open space overlooking the lake and the forest. Take the stairs down from the deck at the back of the house, and you’ll find the large lawn—perfect for sports, games, or any other activity.
The lake.
About 90 meters from the house is the lake and the private dock that comes with the house. Go for a swim in the fantastic, clean water, or why not sunbathe on the dock?
Fishing in the lake is excellent, and you can catch fish such as pike and perch. You’ll need to purchase a fishing license, and it costs about 50kr.
