This charming older house is located on a raised plot and close to the sea with its long beaches. From here you can reach both Borgholm and Färjestaden in about 20 minutes.
The house consists of a large furnished hall, a fresh bathroom with both shower and washing machine, a functional kitchen with seating around a kitchen island, dining room and a bedroom. Via the kitchen entrance you get out to the garden at the back. On the upper floor, which has a low ceiling height of approx. 1.80 m, you will find three bedrooms. One has a double bed, and the others have two single beds each. From the hall on the upper floor, you come out onto a balcony with a nice view of the garden and the surroundings. On the entrance side, you will find a flat outdoor area where you can sit to both eat and relax. In the garden there is space for various activities.
