Here you live centrally in Ystad, not far from the city. The house has 2 large, nice bedrooms and a fresh bathroom on the second floor. On the first floor we have a large, lovely living room with a fireplace. Next to the living room is the kitchen, which is bright and open, well equipped and with good work surfaces. There is also a toilet down here. From the kitchen you have access to the glazed conservatory. Pleasant garden with patio and barbecue for cozy summer evenings.

Proximity to both restaurants, shops, and cafes. Take a walk through Ystad's alleys with picturesque houses and an abundance of roses. During the summer you can go on a guided tour through the city in the open vintage fire engine or why not take a ride on the Little Train. If you are a fan of Henning Mankell's crime series about police commissioner Kurt Wallander, you can during the summer book the tour "Wallander on Tour", which will take you on a walk through Ystad's alleys to experience the Wallander locations from both the books and the movies for real.
Go down to the marina and look at all the nice boats or have a nice meal and play boules. Visit Ystad Kloster and experience all the history, take a trip to Köpingsberg and see how sparkling wine is made or why not go to Ale Stenar and see the largest shipyard in the Nordics.
