The oldest house in Rennes is right next to the flat. Beautifully renovated and well-maintained, the neighbourhood is very pleasant and close to all the shops, restaurants and bars, as well as concert venues (the opera, TNB, Liberté, etc.).
Buses and the metro are a 5-minute walk away. République or Sainte-Anne stations.

Rennes SNCF railway station can be reached in under 15 minutes by metro (2 stops).
Rennes-Saint Jacques Airport can be reached by bus from République station.
