Hello there!
We have a unique accommodation on the eastern coast of Hindås.
Veranda and pier by the lake, the water is mirrored with sandy bottom and sandy beach, you can catch crayfish and fish from the porch.
Painted and fine inside, trampoline by the brand BERG is available for the children outside
Sliding doors/windows with a large light in the living room.
Sandy beach is next to the house but there is also a big beach about 3 min away if you want to meet other people.
You cant find a more beautiful and better location here, this house is like balm for the soul. ;)
Main building: approx. 100 sqm
A hall with 2 wardrobes, One bedroom with double bed and 2 wardrobes, a bunk bed in a hall with 2 beds with 2 wardrobes,
Toilet/shower, Aircondition, 2 sofas, kitchen table with 6 chairs.
The kitchen has a stove, fridge / freezer, kettle, coffee maker, micro, plates, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans with matching frying panes etc ..
Outdoor furniture with pillows and cushions on the balcony/veranda/porch outside the Living room.
(The house has alarm and a code to the door)
Guest cabin with small shower/ toilet and 2 beeds (single beds)
Separate sauna and laundry room on the outside of the main building.
Smaller deck with Gym Power Cage + Suspension + 300 kg in weights, Kettlebells (smaller weights), chin rails, belt etc .. (But you have to tell us before so we can unlock it)
Nearest foodstore like Ica, pizzeria and gasstation are located in Hindås or in Bollebygd, where there is a larger range of pharmacies, such as Apotek, Systembolag, Hemköp, Ica, Sushi and other stores.
(Both places takes about 5 minutes to go to by car.)
Biltema is around 12 minutes in the direction of Borås ..
The airport takes about 7-10 min.
It takes about 15 minutes to enter Borås where there are many shops like Knalleland.
Gothenburg takes about 25 minutes by car.
No animals allowed because of astma/allergy in the family.
