Positive: I greatly appreciated my room. It was very clean with good quality furniture, duvets and linens. It was nothing particularly luxurious, but for a private room in a hostel it exceeded my expectations. I noticed a lot of care was put into everything - chocolates on the beds and even a signed letter welcoming me. I was very pleased and think highly of this hostel. They also provided a lot of information on activities and restaurants nearby.

Negative: There is no elevator, which is not that much of an issue as there are only 3 floors. It is in a fine location, with a great view of the sea and a park nearby, but it is somewhat of a walk to the town square, and the buses can be inconsistent. The hostel is also in a much larger complex, which is fine but I wish I was informed of before, as I walked by the building as I didn't realise.

Summary: Exceeded expectations on quality and cleanliness - not luxurious, but excellent at the basics!
