Unique house with tasteful interior located in Täby, in nice and quiet Lahäll. The house has a beautiful and elevated position with views over Näsby Park and was built in 2014. It has many glass surfaces and maintains a very high standard. 300 m to Lahälls station (Roslagsbanan takes about 15 min to City) and 200 m to the large natural areas and 600 m to the sea. The top floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room with TV and fireplace and a large terrace with removable glass walls and heating (afternoon sun). There is also a newly built roof terrace with nice views. Perfect house for families. Baby cot is available. Jacuzzi / spa bath inside. BBQ, and large kids pool in garden. Own parking. Toys available. Free WiFi. If there is no traffic it takes about 10-15 min by car to the city.
Room (double bed) and bathroom with shower is found on the upper floor. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, sauna and jacuzzi / spa bath. Large TV room. Netflix. Cross training machine. Laundry room with washer, dryer and drying cabinet.
In the garden there is a large lawn in addition to a patio with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Children's pool is also available (summertime). Free parking on own driveway. We have security cameras around and inside the house that we will turn off.

Very calm area with a big forrest with running / walking tracks just 200 m from the house. 500 m to Djurholms golf course (2 km to the club house). 1.5 km to a big outdoor pool. Norskogsbadet. 2 km to the beach. Nose Meadow bath. 2 km to the tennis court Nose bed. 2 km to a big supermarket Coop. 1 km to the local store ICA. 1 km to a pizzeria Della-Casa.
If you like walking and nature we have the forrest just 200 m from the house. Here you are free to walk / run / just enjoy. There is also a nice path to walk just by the water. We have something called "Allemansrätten" that gives you the right to be where ever you want in nature as long as it is not in anyones garden :)
You will find one of Sweden's biggest shopping centers, Täby Centrum, just a few kilometers from the house (you can take the bus there). You can find many stores, restaurants and the movie theater there (english movies not dubbed). Takes less than 10 min by bus that stops at Lahällsviadukten (at the highway). Take bus 605 towards Gribbylund or 627 towards Åkerby industrial area.
On the property there is another small separate house. They have their own small patio and won't disturb you.
