4 Bedroom House in Nacka, Stockholms län
Our house is located in a quiet yet central area in Nacka, Stockholm.
It’s just a 1-minute walk to the buses that will take you straight to downtown Stockholm in 10–15 minutes (Södermalm & Old Town). Alternatively, you can walk 10–15 minutes to explore one of the many nature reserves or take a swim in the nearby lake.
There are also archipelago boats departing from Nacka Strand directly to Stockholm’s Old Town, Stockholm City, Djurgården, the Vasa Museum, Skansen, Gröna Lund, or out into the archipelago.
We are a family with three children, ages 15–16, so we have toys and an outdoor trampoline suitable for that age group and younger. For children, we also have a high chair and a crib.

The second floor has been recently renovated and features 3 bedrooms, a living room, a large bathroom, a separate toilet, and a kitchen (the kitchen is small and can seat only 5 people at a time). You also have access to the garden and a balcony. In the garden, there are different dining areas, one of which is covered.
On the first floor, you’ll find the entryway, a laundry room, and a large bedroom with an en suite bathroom. This bedroom can accommodate 3 people. (If you don’t need this bedroom, we’ll set it up as a second living room.)
There are plenty of outdoor areas for dining and playing! We have a few bicycles, both for adults and children.
We do not smoke.
Final cleaning is included in the rental fee, although it’s important to leave the house in good condition.
We also rent out our summer house in the Stockholm Archipelago, just 1 hour from this property.
