The property is situated on a peninsula on a small section of Lake Värmeln (recreational area) on a lot of approximately 2,000 square meters. The distance to the lake is about 200–250 meters (swimming area and boat dock). There is also a small log cabin on the property with two beds (bunk beds). Thanks to the great location and proximity to places like the Glaskogen Nature Reserve or the Norwegian border, it’s very easy to take trips there. There are neighbors in the vicinity of the house who give you plenty of privacy. However, you’re not completely alone in the forest either.
