Perfect base to easily explore Stockholm, but get away from it all and enjoy quiet mornings and evenings with garden view. Have your morning coffee, breakfast or an afternoon drink on the patio or in the garden.
Nice walks/runs in the area. Few minutes’ walking distance to the beach, walkways along the bay and in the woods. Few minutes’ drive from several golf courses, 4 nature reserves/preserves, a skiing slope and another lake.

- Walking distance also to the grocery store (950 meters, shopping trolley available), several restaurants and a mall.
City centre and airport are both 20 min by car, or 16 min by train + 5-6 min by bus. Easy, frequent connections. I'm happy to assist with information/planning.
The guest house is on the same property as the main house (where we live), but has a private location in the garden. The area of the garden surrounding the guest house is not used by us when we have guests, and the main house has no windows towards the guest house. Most likely you will not even see us during your stay.
The "bedroom" is a sleeping loft, please see photos. Sleeping loft has low ceiling, you can sit up, but not stand up. Ladder/steep stair. Comfortable matress - EU King/US larger Queen. (160 cm = 63 inch wide, 200 cm = 79 inch long.) Thick matress pad + protector.
The sofa in the living room can be converted into 2 single beds, quite comfortable ones for being a sofabed, with added matress tops. (In case you prefer to sleep downstairs.)
Beds have down filled duvets and 2 pillows per person (one down, one synthetic).

Please note there are security cameras on the property: One at the entrance of the main building. One by the pool. One pointed at the pathway were guests will enter and leave the property.
