High quality furnished villa on Södra Bullaresjön with plenty of space for one or two families.
The house has four bedrooms, all of which are on the upper floor. Bedroom 1 is equipped with two double beds, one of which is in an extra sleeping alcove. This room has a beautiful view of the lake!
In bedroom 2 there is a single bed.
Bedroom 3 is equipped with a double bed / family bunk bed and a baby bed and bedroom 4 has a double bed and also a view of the lake!
Bed linen and towels are required.
In the lower area is the well-equipped, modern kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, large fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster ...) and the adjoining dining and living area.
A fireplace (wood is provided by the owner free of charge!) ensures cozy warmth and cosiness.
The lower area is heated with underfloor heating, the upper area with electric radiators.
In the cozy living room you can relax wonderfully and a large flat screen TV provides entertainment.
The dining area seats 8 people.
There is also another room adjacent to the living room that can be used as a playroom for children. Various toys are available.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and shower (rain shower).
The washing machine is also in the bathroom.

Outside, the house has a beautiful wooden terrace on 3 sides with a view of the lake, which is equipped with various garden furniture. A charcoal grill and fire bowls are provided.
