A genuine Swedish idyll in the province of Småland, close to Gränna, Tranås, Eksjö, Vimmerby and Jönköping. Absolutely fantastic private location with 350 meters to the nearest neighbor. Renovated (2016) cottage with private beach plot and boat by the lake Noen. The boat is available April-October. The house has a large terrace overlooking the lake. Evening sun from the lake towards the terrace. Large lawn with plenty of space for play, barbecue and socializing. Garden furniture, lounge area and barbecue are available on site as well as a swing and trampoline (available April-October) for the children, close to mushroom forest and pastures where the animals graze freely. Plenty of game such as moose, wild boar, deer, etc. The cottage is fully equipped for year-round living. The cottage is equipped with hot and cold running water, vacuum toilet, shower, WC. In the kitchen there is a stove with oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, glasses, crockery, plates and other things that are usually found in a kitchen.
3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 1 with bunk bed upper bed 90 cm and lower bed 120 cm, 1 room with bunk bed 2* 80 cm. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. A high chair and cot are available. The living room has comfortable furniture and a TV, DVD and satellite dish. There is also a fireplace with cassette for cozy evenings. The cottage is also equipped with air conditioning, infrared heating and wifi. Electricity consumption is not included but will be charged with 3 SEK/KwH on departure. The lake is only 70 meters away, with its own sandy beach. There is also an outdoor barbecue that is available all year round.
It is also excellent to fish here. In the lake there are, among other things. Plenty of perch, pike, bream, roach, whitefish, vendace, tench, rudd, gers, bullhead burbot, etc. During the winter, there are opportunities for long-distance skating or winter fishing. There is also a rowing boat that you can use. (Available April-October) For a fee, you can rent a wood-fired hot tub, sheets and towels, canoes, buy firewood, etc. Final cleaning can also be ordered for a fee.
