Simrishamn's hostel and B&B is located above the city, nestled in greenery. We offer ten comfortable private rooms, distributed as six double bedrooms and four twin bedrooms. The house is built in the '50s as a housing facility for nurses in for the time contemporary mid-century architecture emphasizing functionality and large light inlets.
The double rooms upstairs overlook the sea and the town's typical small detached houses in front and the horizon beyond. The house is quietly located in a lush park-like garden with comfortable outdoor furniture offering a relaxed atmosphere. We try to run the business as environmentally friendly as possible with a focus on real materials and environmentally friendly products and serve organic breakfast (Additional Charge).
There is a large shared kitchen if you want to cook lunch or prepare a picnic and in the garden, we offer a robust grill for barbecue. We also offer a shared fully equipped laundry room as well as a compressor for pumping bicycles as well as tools for repairing punctures.
For an additional fee we also offer you to pitch a tent in the garden or lots if you stay over with a camper or caravan, please contact us in advance for related pricing and details. We have our own parking on the site for up to five cars, as well as free parking on the street outside.
Simrishamn is centrally located in a beautiful coastal area with historical buildings, natural sanctuaries, and long relaxed beaches. This is a bicycle and hiking area, we've got some old bicycles to lend and there is also a local bicycle rental in Simrishamn.
We have our own parking on the site and there is free parking also on the street outside. The house is only a five minutes walk from Simrishamn station with frequent bus and train connections to Kristianstad (Bus 3.) north along road 9, Lund (Bus 5.) and trains every hour to Malmö (1h) and Copenhagen as well as Copenhagen Airport (≈1.5h). There are also some bicycles to lend available to everyone staying.
