Welcome to this lovely house/part of a semi-detached house in northern Mellbystrand, with a fantastic view of Laholmsbukten. 150 sqm house with a total of 8 beds divided into one bedroom on the lower floor with a 180-bed, one bedroom on the upper floor with a 160-bed, two 90 -beds in an alcove on the upper level, as well as a 180-bed on the upper level with a view of Laholm Bay. A lovely living room with a fireplace on the lower level, a kitchen with a wood stove and a fantastic punch porch in the west with evening sun and a large, fresh bathroom.
Outside the punch porch there is a patio in the southwest with outdoor furniture and at the entrance to the east there is an opportunity to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.
Here it is only 300 meters to the mile-long beach and a little further away is the forest with the exercise track in Hökafältet. Approx. 20 min drive to Halmstad and Ängelholm, 15 min to Båstad and Laholm.
There are a lot of nice restaurants near the accommodation, for example Strandhotellet, Burgers & Dreams, Corner, Chill Out on the beach with live music and Mellbystrands Camping with pizza and activities for the children.
A nice playground with a large trampoline a short distance from the house and the easiest way to shop is at Mellby Center with Ica, pharmacy and other shops.
