The house has an own private footbridge and place to swim, a wooden terrace with garden furniture, sunshade and grill for pleasant evenings.You will also have access to a boat in order to try the good fishing grounds around the holiday home. The local authority district of Lerum offers its guests a lot of possible activities like riding on Icelandic horses, golf courses, beautiful hiking trails and cycle pathes or the castle of "Nääs" as destination for an excursion.
