This wonderfully whitewashed farm is just a few kilometres from the Löderups swimming beach and four kilometres from Kåseberga.
The farmhouse has three bedrooms (one upstairs), two bathrooms, a big living room with a fireplace,
a modern built-in kitchen and a dining room with a fireplace. In total there are nine beds. The
kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, sink,
microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, as well as a dining table for four people. There is
also a separate dining space for up to eight people, which is right next to the kitchen and also has
a fireplace. A toddler highchair and a toddler cot are available. The big living room also has a
fireplace, a TV and a CD player. Around the table there are two sofas (seating six). There is a sofa
bed for two people next to a little table. The living room can be closed off with a door.
There is also a large room with entry from the garden which gives the opportunity to have many
people together under a single roof. The room have no heating.
The ground-floor bedroom has two single beds. The bedroom upstairs has three beds (two 120cm wide and one 90cm wide). The beds are under sloping ceilings. The room also has a little desk and a chair. There is no bedroom door. Stairs lead from the dining room upstairs. There are two bathrooms. One has a bath with a shower, a WC and a washbasin, while the second has a shower, WC and washbasin. There is a washing machine in the boiler room. Smoking is not permitted in the house. In summer there is another bedroom that is accessed from the courtyard.
The farm is surrounded by a garden with garden furniture. The grass is cut at night by an automatic lawnmower. There is a beautiful windmill without sails on site. There is also a little greenhouse in the garden.
It is a couple of kilometres to various seaside spots with lovely sandy beaches, such as Löderups Strandbadsvägen, Sand Hammer and Mälarhusen. The old fishing village of Kåseberga is one of the best areas for paragliding in Sweden.
