This two-storey red timbered house is located in the village of Baggetorp, approximately 25 km north of the nearest big city, Oskarshamn. In the immediate area there are great opportunities for hiking in the woods and cycling on less-traveled roads. You can also fish in the lakes around the village, with rowing boats available on one of the lakes. The nearest bathing place is Fårbo and the sea is about 20 km away. The nearest smaller community with grocery stores is Fårbo or Kristdala, 10 km away. Within a radius of about 100 km you will find Astrid Lindgren World, Kalmar Castle, Öland, Glasriket and Virum Älgpark.
The house has its own large lawn with patio furniture and barbecue. Adjacent to the house there are good parking facilities.
The house has a living space of 90m² for up to five people. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with two beds (120 cm wide) plus one extra bed and the other with two beds (80 cm wide). Downstairs there is a cozy living and dining room equipped with a fireplace. The newly built kitchen is ideal for self-catering with oven, stove, fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom is also newly fitted and is equipped with a shower and toilet. There is also an electric heater. The house is heated primarily with the fireplaces which guests have free and unlimited access to.
