Summary: Very poor advice in English how to enter the hotel at the hotel. A terrible small outside spiral staircase to come to the 2nd floor. As the reception is almost always closed so it's impossible to use the inside stairs. The shower was leaking so the complete floor got flooded after 10 seconds. Unfortunately I lost one key and had to pay the unbelievebal amount of EURO 100,- for this kind of prehistoric key. First I thought the guy makes a joke, but it's thru.
