Your house is located about 70 meters from the sea, but the plot extends all the way down to the sea, so here you live on a sea plot with a wonderful view over the Ronneby archipelago and the Baltic Sea. The house is on the owner's plot, but the plot is divided so that you have your own part.
You live with an open floor plan with large windows facing the sea. Inside, you have air conditioning for pleasant warmth during cold days or air conditioning during the hottest summer days.
