The house is 50 m2 consisting of living room, kitchen and a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Suitable for 4 persons. Bathroom with mulltoa and shower. A large terrace runs around the house on 3 sides equipped with tables, chairs and barbecue. Natural plot around 1200 m2.
The house is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer. Washing machine is available in nearby houses.

The car is safely parked in a car park on the mainland, where you are picked up by the host couple for transport out to the island, about 8 minutes drive.
To the mainland you take your own boat or be taken care of by the host couple.
On the island there are some smaller sandy beaches, but you can also swim from the cliffs. If you want to go a little further, take the boat to one of the other islands, which also belong to the property, and its small sandy beaches.
Gärdsholmen also includes 5 smaller islands, a total of 36 hectares. Nowadays, only 2 people live here all year round. The island has ancient origins, which shows a finding of a settlement from the Stone Age.
