The shared tennis court in the area can be used free of charge (playing shifts can be reserved by making a note in the notebook on the court), the tenant brings the own rackets and balls. On the beach, there is a common playground, where e.g. swings and some toys. Shared barbecue area with few groups of dining tables and a grill. Distance approx. 350 m. You can go to the barbecue area along the beach.
There is an air cooling system (use for summer time).
