Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The facilities in the apartment were very adequate. The location was also very perfect as it is close to important facilities such as supermarkets and library. The water pressure in bathrooms and kitchen was perfectly good.

Negative: Information provided on where to collect the property keys were not adequate, imagine it was not explained how far is the office from the property. It was very difficult for somebody arriving close to mid night to find property keys by travelling another 20 mins from the property. Emphasis should be put that the office is far from thee property.

Summary: Good facilities and location but poor information prior to arrival. No communication through whatsap
