Positive: Great location in a quiet side street next to a small park but close to everything. The apartment is on the top floor with nice views from the windows. Turku Cathedral is two minutes away on foot; you can see the tower from the bedroom window. Shops, cafes etc are in close walking distance and so is the river. Turku market square and the city centre are a few minutes on foot. Collecting the keys was very easy.

Negative: It's not in the best condition. The toilet seat, for one, has only one screw left which naturally makes using it very uncomfortable. The apartment wasn't particularly clean, either, there was a ton of dust under the bed and the fridge was dirty. It looked like someone just changed the bed linen but left the rest as it was from the previous guest. The equipment is rudimentary. There is a filter coffee machine but no filters which makes is essentially useless as people usually don't carry those and, for a short stay, don't want to buy them, either. There are no hooks or anything that would allow you to hang your clothes onto. The only table is very small and rickety and half of its space is used for kitchen appliances. Cutlery and kitchen tools are stored in an office drawer cabinet. In summary, it's too expensive for the value.
