The villa has an air-source heat pump, which also has a cooling function. Group of 3 buildings located on 1-hectare Lammassaari island, to which there is a road (access with a car). No other cottages on island. Area around chalet is rocky, with birch and pine forest. One of the 2 swimming shores is sanded but deepens rapidly. On the other swimming shore there is a jetty in front of the sauna; the water at the far end of the jetty is deep.
Location suitable for disabled persons, except for lakeshore sauna and guest cabin.
Please ask baby cot and high chair from the owner; there are 2 baby cots and 3 high chairs in shared use with 5 cottages (free of charge).

On owner’s land (100 hectares), area has good jogging and berry-picking terrain.
