On the ground floor there is a shower and toilet, a large and spacious kitchen with full equipment, open plan between kitchen and living room with plenty of space. A large bedroom with a double bed, a bed for children up to 11 years and space for two extra beds. Upstairs there is a smaller toilet, small living room and two bedrooms. In one of the rooms, there is a single bed and a bed for children up to 11 years old and in the other room there is a double bed. A sofa bed is also located upstairs in the family room. The basement floor is furnished with a large bedroom with two single beds and a shower and toilet. The basement has an entrance both from inside the house and its own entrance from the outside with a lock. Large garden with terrace, barbecue and garden furniture for lovely summer days.

Kristianstad golf club is only 6.5 km away, and little bit further, Österlen's golf club with its nice views out over the sea.
