Positive: I arrived early and was able to check in immediately. It's an amazing building housing many historic artefacts. My room was large and comfortable. I had my own fridge. Plenty of facilities to cook. An excellent pizzeria only around 800m away. I walked to the supermarket in Smedjebacken although I was offered loan of a bicycle and there is an off road cycleway. The hostel was very quiet and I slept well.
