You have your own lake plot with a sandy beach, jetty and great swimming and fishing opportunities. The rent includes a kayak, but you have the option to bring your own boat and park it at your beach.
The house has a large leafy plot and is very child-friendly with a small slide, sup boards and toys for children. You have a wonderful glazed conservatory with a panoramic view of Lake Helgasjön. The conservatory has an air source heat pump for cooler evenings. The cottage has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 1.40 and a bunk bed). The annex, which is 12 square meters, has a double bed 1.60 and a bunk bed, so you can choose if you would rather sleep in the annex instead of in the cabin, but the house is for max. 6 people.
