Modern house (2004, expanded 2013) with a fantastic evening sun on a lovely balcony where the Finnish ferries pass out on the bay. The house is at an altitude, about 80 meters to the sea for morning and evening dip. There is a mooring area with sailboat depth about 200 meters from the house. For small children there is a sandbox and slide in the area.
A smaller beach bath is 300 meters away and Grisslinge sea bath about 1km, with restaurant, bakery / confectionery, ice cream parlor, playground and a nice beach volleyball etc.
The house has social areas both upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs there are sofas and armchairs and dining tables in connection. Upstairs there is a spacious family room with TV and associated sofa and armchair. From the living room up there you reach the balcony where you can sit and eat your dinner. From both the family room and the balcony you have a brilliant view of the water, 10 km away to Rindö. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, full size fridge, separate freezer, microwave, induction hob and hot air oven and own dining area with lake view.
There are three bedrooms, one room with a double bed and two beds each in the other rooms.
Two bathrooms with shower in one and shower / tub in the other. Washing machine and dryer are also provided.
About 200 m from the house there is a bus to Stockholm city center, 35 min, 25 km with close connections. Despite the close proximity to the bus stop, traffic is not heard from there. By car it takes 20 min.
Large terrace with outdoor furniture and gas grill. On the balcony in the northwest table and armchairs for dinners in the beautiful evening sun and views of the sea.

- The Vaxholm boat from Sollenkroka takes you further out in the archipelago to Sandhamn or Möja, for example.

- Gustavsberg's adventure pool tennis (5 km)
It is easy to get here without a car as there is a direct bus from Slussen.
