Welcome to this newly built cottage in the completely newly developed area of Idre North Park, also known as Idre Bergsby. Here you have a comfortable distance to Idre golf club, which is ranked as one of the best golf clubs in northern Sweden. You also only have a 10-minute drive to Idre fjäll, which has a large selection of skiing for both downhill and cross-country skiing.
The cottage was completed in the fall of 2022 and is a two-story duplex house of approx. 140 square meters. Beautifully decorated and with several facilities that invite you to a really comfortable stay.
You have generous common areas as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table with room for ten people.
There are four bedrooms, three of which are each equipped with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There are two complete bathrooms with showers, one of which has a sauna that can accommodate four people. You have a laundry room that is fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying cabinet.
The heart of the house is the large living room! With a ceiling height of 5.5 m and a large fireplace, it is the perfect place to relax after a day on the ski slopes or on the golf course. Large windows that look out over the well-sized terrace and the view over the golf course.

Here you are close to Idre's fantastic nature, which gives a real aha experience! Regardless of the season, there is a wide range of activities for the whole family. Proximity to skiing in winter which is then exchanged during the summer season for hiking and mountain bike tours in the beautiful mountains. The golf course is close by and in 2025 the Idre North Park hotel will be completed and offer more activities such as padel, pool and SPA.
