Outdoor you have 4 social areas to choose from, depending on need and time of day. A pool area with outdoor shower, comfortable sunbeds, barbecue area with grill and kitchen, refrigerator/fridge for drinks and ice cream on warm summer days.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath rooms and open kitchen livingroom area on entrance level.
If you need, one level down we offer a forth bedroom with a double bed, a TV room and a kids play area with swings etc. In the play area there are also a bunk bed in the shape of a castle. (2 kids sleeping)
On lower level is also the laundry room. The house offers parking for 2 cars.
You have the food store within just 3-5 minutes walking distance, as well as some restaurants, a cafe and several parks for kids. 3 minutes walking to the ocean and the marina. 10 minutes walking to nature reserve for morning runs. You also have access to the archipelago boats just 3 min away by train (lidingöbanan).
