Pleasant house with a lush and mature garden, located on the eastern side of Öland in Störlinge, about 15 minutes from Borgholm.
Via the veranda you enter a small hall and next to it you will find the bathroom. The cozy living room has a seating area, a dining table and a small wood stove. The kitchen is neat and renovated and has a stove, fan, fridge/freezer as well as a dishwasher and microwave. The two nice bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and the other has two single beds. In the basement you will find the third bedroom which has two single beds. Here you sleep cool and comfortable in the summer. Next to this room is the laundry room with the washing machine. Via the living room, you come out onto a large private balcony deck on two levels that has both a sitting area and a dining area where you can sit and socialize and look out over the garden. You also have the opportunity to sit by a patio at the front that the owner has laid out with trellises and winding plants.

In about 15 minutes by car, you will reach Borgholm with its range of shops, restaurants and the king's summer pleasure, Solliden. If you want to play golf, there are several fine facilities within reasonable distance. You can bathe, for example, at Störlinge bodar, where there are fine sandy beaches. If you are interested in agriculture and vehicles from the past, the popular Störlinge Agricultural & Motor Museum is only 1 km away. You can also visit Öland's museum in Himmelsberga, where you will find cultural history, art, events, handicrafts, an open-air museum with landrace animals. Here you can also enjoy coffee, homemade coffee and lunches, all in a genuine Öland environment. In 30 minutes you can get to Gårdby Café & Lanthandel, which is a sundry store, garden cafe, interior design shop and clothing store.
