This cozy cottage is next door to the king's summer pleasure, Solliden, about 6 km outside Borgholm. From the glazed balcony you have a nice view of Kalmarsund.
The house consists of a hall that is open plan with the living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with the essentials you need. In the living room there is a sofa bed and a cozy wood-burning stove, and from this room you reach the glazed balcony. From here you can look out over Kalmarsund and also experience beautiful sunsets when the weather permits. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The bathroom is neat and has both a shower and a washing machine. The plot is sloping on the lower side, but on the front side there is an opportunity to relax on a paved patio. On the grounds there are also beautiful walls of Öland stone.
Things to see and do in the immediate area
In just 5 minutes you reach the heart of Öland, Borgholm. Here you have access to several different shops and cozy restaurants. When you live next door to Solliden, a visit there is also recommended. The majority of fine golf facilities are within a reasonable distance. You will find a very good golf course at Ekerum resort 10 km away, here there are also padel and tennis courts and a popular fine restaurant. Before Ekerum, you pass the Halltorp guesthouse. Feel free to visit their delicatessen, which has treats out of the ordinary. Feel free to take a trip to the cultural city of Kalmar, which takes about 40 minutes. Here you can visit Kalmar Castle or the numerous events organized during the summer.
