The house has a large conservatory and a well-kept sun deck facing south and west. Here you can spread out in garden furniture on 80 m² of terrace space. You also have a small swimming cove and jetty. Boat can be rented. In the winter garden you have a beautiful view when you gather to dine at the large dining table. In the large living room there is a fireplace. The house offers a view of the lake and pastures. With the rented canoe you can explore the lake system Ölstra Silen, which is connected with the Dalsland canal. The golf course Åtjäng has 18 holes and is located only 10 km from the house. There are also bicycles for rent at the house.
