Kettle grill included.<br>Well-equipped kitchen—integrated into the open living room—with refrigerator and freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Kitchen table with chairs.<br>The bathroom has a shower, toilet, heated towel rack, underfloor heating, and a washing machine.<br>LOCATION: The house is located just 800 m from a kilometer-long sandy beach in a quiet and unspoiled area, as well as only about 20 km from Simrishamn and about 27 km from Ystad.<br>Borrby—also known as “The Heart of Österlen”—is about 7.5 km away. The village features a nice ICA supermarket, a pharmacy, a health center, a riding school, and a bank. Österlen also offers many attractions, culinary experiences, and wonderful nature! For those interested in golf, there are excellent opportunities to play, for example in Lilla Vik, Stiby, and Tomelilla.<br>If you’d like to take a day trip to Bornholm, there’s a ferry from Ystad.<br>HOUSE RULES: Smoking (indoors) is not permitted<br>Electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. <br>Pillows and comforters are provided.
