Herzlich Willkommen auf Jörgentorp! Das Haus liegt im Herzen von Smaland, ca. 10 km westlich von Emmaboda. Das Haus selbst liegt am Ortsrand eines kleinen Dorfes mit insgesamt 8 Häusern, ca. 100 m vom nächsten Nachbarn entfernt. Das Grundstück ist insgesamt ca. 1800 m2 groß, wovon ca. 1000 m2 eingezäunt sind. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es eine Doppelgarage, eine Terrasse sowie eine Schaukel und Sandkiste für die Kinder.
Im Haus gibt es im Erdgeschoss eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler, ein Wohnzimmer mit Smart-TV und Ofen sowie ein Esszimmer. Weiter befindet sich das Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner im Erdgeschoss. Im Obergeschoss ist das Kinderschlafzimmer mit einem Bett (80 x 200 cm) welches sich auf das doppelte Maß (160 x 200 cm) ausziehen lässt. Das Kinderschlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer von dem aus man in das Elternschlafzimmer gelangt. Im Elternschlafzimmer ist ein Doppelbett (180 x 200 cm) und ein Fernseher, der via Amazon Fire-TV Stick wie ein Smart TV genutzt werden kann. Das Haus ist mit WLAN (Glasfaser) ausgestattet. Da ich als selbstständiger Hundetrainer natürlich auch Hunde liebe, sind Hunde in unserm Haus herzlich Willkommen. Im Wohn- und Esszimmer gibt es jeweils ein Hundebett, in der Küche steht ein Wassernapf für die Hunde bereit. Sollte Ihr Hund eine Hundebox benötigen, haben wir auch aufklappbare Hundeboxen in 2 verschiedenen Größen für Sie vor Ort. Das Grundstück ist mit einem Zaun in der Höhe von 110 cm rundum eingezäunt.
Das Haus liegt nahe der Ortschaft Emmaboda (10 Kilometer Entfernung). Hier lassen sich alle Besorgungen für den täglich Bedarf erledigen. Weiter gibt es in Emmaboda einen Bahnhof, einen Baumarkt und mehrere Autowerkstätten. Die historische Provinz Smaland zeichnet sich durch üppige Wälder, viele Seen, Gruswege und Steinwälle aus. Die nähere Umgebung um das Haus herum lädt zum Spazierengehen und wandern ein. Direkt vom Haus aus lassen sich Runden von 2,5 bis 10 km erschließen. Der Haussee „Löften“ ist ein großartiges Gewässer zum Angeln, vor allem Hechtangler kommen hier auf ihre Kosten. Die Entfernung zum See sind nur 800 Meter. Außerdem lässt sich der Löften gut mit dem SUP erkunden. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Elchparks, das IKEA-Museum, das Glasreich rund um Kosta, die Städte Kalmar und Karlskrona mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch die „Astrid Lindgren Welt in Vimmerby“ ist erreichbar.
