Simple cottage with nature on the doorstep, located in beautiful Österlen and in a secluded location. You live in a wooded area, at the back of the house is a large meadow. In the surrounding area you will find jogging trails and good routes for the bike. 2 km to the lake Gyllebosjön with bathing bridges and the possibility to fish from a rowing boat. Fishing license required. To the sea, Rörums beach and the cozy Knäckbäckshusen you need 10 minutes in the car. The cottage is also used as a scout cabin, in the it is rented out as a vacation home. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one forms the passage to the other. Child safety lock available on the stairs. Living room and kitchen on the first floor. Bathroom was renovated in 2016. Please note, the water in the house is ferrous, it may be colored. Nearby you can take the trolley from Saint Olof to Gyllebo. At the lake Gyllebosjön you can swim and picnic. Nearby is also the national park Stenshuvud and the nature reserve Sträntemölla with the waterfall Forsemölla. Simrishamn is 17 minutes away by car, Tomelilla and Tosselilla Sommarland are 25 minutes away.
