Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location is great. Very central and easily accessible by public transport. The flat is well-equipped and practical. I would book the holiday flat again if the negative points were resolved.

Negative: The description mentions a 24-hour reception. This is not the case; there is only 24-hour access to the key. There is no reception! The facilities were good, but some things were not clean. The oven had not been cleaned for a long time. There was water in the washing machine (we did not use it). The dishes were not clean and the area under the bed had not been vacuumed for weeks. There are only three beds and an air bed for the fourth person. Ours was broken and was only replaced after the weekend :(. What bothered us most, however, was that there was no information about the construction site. The entire building is being renovated and the construction workers start every day at 8 a.m. There was dust and noise, and we always had to find our way through the construction workers and their materials. If I had known this, we would not have booked the flat. The construction site will definitely be there for another 6-10 weeks (as of the end of August 2025). My family was really disappointed.

Summary: We love Helsinki and would love to come back, but we'll book somewhere else next time.
