The house was originally built in 1960 and renovated in 2010. The cosy living room provides space to relax and spend time together. A television with German channels is available, and Wi-Fi is also included.
The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and provides everything needed for everyday holiday meals. A filter coffee machine is also available.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. A washing machine is provided as well, making Stuga Trollsjö suitable for longer stays.
A particularly attractive feature is the spacious outdoor area. The house has a large garden with terrace and pavilion, offering plenty of space to relax, eat outside or enjoy long summer evenings. A charcoal barbecue is available, as well as a firepit.
The water is only around 200 metres from the holiday home. A swimming area with jetty can also be reached easily on foot and is ideal for a refreshing swim on warm summer days.
Guests who would like to explore the area from the water can also walk to the nearby marina. Boats can be rented there, making it possible to discover the coastal and waterside landscape around Mönsterås independently.
Families with children will also appreciate the playground and football field located within the small holiday-home area, providing additional space for playing and outdoor activities close to the house.
Four bicycles are available subject to availability. They are ideal for exploring the surrounding area, cycling to the swimming area or taking shorter trips around Mönsterås.
Mönsterås is located on the east coast of Småland and is a good starting point for discovering some of southern Sweden’s most popular destinations. Kalmar is well suited for a day trip, with its historic old town, harbour and impressive Kalmar Castle.
From Kalmar, the Öland Bridge leads directly to the island of Öland. There you can discover long sandy beaches, small coastal villages and many well-known attractions. Borgholm, Solliden Palace and the unique landscape of Stora Alvaret are among the most popular destinations.
