Positive: The house is quite big and the area around it is simply beautiful. It is especially suited for families with children, with access to a lake for swimming or grilling, or taking a tour with the boat of the homeowners (and fish if you like). There are also many toys in the house, like a play kitchen, card, etc. And a swing and sandbox outside. You can also go pick blueberries behind the house or go for a hike or bike tour. The house was really clean, and the landlords are very friendly.
