Amazing in December 2020 built duplex in Laturakka! In Hankielämä you can spend a wonderful holiday both in snowy winter and snowless summer and autumn time. The location is ideal for active holiday goers and all the services of Levi Center are only 3km away. Cross-country skiing tracks, snow mobiling tracks and outdoor hiking tracks literally start just around the corner. In the winter time Levi Skibus running in Rakkavaarantie takes you to the shops and restaurants and closest ski slopes within minutes. Also the beautiful Levi Golf course is only 10 minutes away by foot.
This holiday home is ideal for a family or friends. There are six beds in the three bedrooms located in two storeys. The open balcony holds two additional beds and a small hang-out area. The stylish living room in the first floor is a perfect place to relax after a day outdoors. Cooking in the well equipped kitchen food is easy for the whole family. This active holiday goers' dream house also has a spacious and fully equipped utility room with own entrance where you can easily dry out your ourdoor activity gear. Kind pets are also welcome to this holiday home at extra fee.

Check-in at 18.00 on arrival day and check-out at 10.00 on departure day. On the first floor of the apartment you can find the spacious living room, utility room, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet and two bedrooms with two separate beds each (one has no window). Second floor has also one bedroom. The open balcony has a small hang-out area and two additional beds. In addition there is a sauna and a combined bathroom and toilet. There is also a balcony with glass walls to cool off after a nice sauna.
There is an electronic outlet for one vehicle but two cars can fit next to the apartment. In the summer 2021 a car shed will be built at the estate.
