On the upper floor bedroom (7 m²) with two beds, another bedroom (8 m²) with two beds and one bed in the lobby.
Lakeside sauna (25 m²) with wood-burning sauna stove, fireplace room with sofa bed for two. The lakeside sauna can be used throughout the year, water must be brought by using a bucket in wintertime.
The usage of the hot tub during wintertime must be agreed with the owner separately. Saimaanhelmi is a modern rental villa with stylish decoration in a fantastic location.
The big terrace offers great views over the lake Saimaa, there is also a terrace by the lake. Outdoor cooking can be carried out in both terraces, two gas grills, electric grill pan, charcoal grill, and smoker are available and can be used freely.
