Villa Rajaportti Loft on uniikki kivitalohuoneisto Rajaportin Saunan rinteessä. Huoneiston 5 makuuhuoneen/-tilan 3:ssa eri kerroksessa nukkuu jopa 13 henkilöä. Lisäksi olohuoneessa on yksi vuodetuoli. Keittiön pöytä on 10 hengelle. 4 huoneessa on TV. Talon läheisyydessä on Cafe Pispala ja Pispalan Pulteri, joissa et takuulla jää nälkäiseksi. Ruokakauppaan on 700m. Bussipysäkit ovat 150-300m päässä. Ratikkapysäkki 700m. Talon vierestä kohoavat Pispalan rappuset ja näköalat ovat hekumaaliset.
Majoitustilat yhteensä 89m2 1-3 kerroksessa. Sauna ja suihku 1.krsessa. 2kpl wc. Lähes kaikista ikkunoista järvinäköala. Laadukkaat sängyt 12:lle, lisäksi 1 vuodetuoli.

Asun itse talon 3 kerrokseessa, jonne on oma sisäänkäynti ja takapiha. Mikäli vuokrauksen aikana tarvitset apua, olen käytettävissä. Tarvittaessa voimme järjestää kuljetuksen max 4 henkilölle esim Tampereen lentokentältä. Villa Rajaportilla on myös vuokra-auto Kia Soul EV 64kw. Vuokraamme autoa lähinnä viikonloppuasiakkaille GoMore kautta.
Business käytössä suosittelemme loftia max 6 henkilölle. Mikäli kaikki haluavat oman tilan/huoneen nukkua, niin 5:lle henkilölle.
