A short drive will take you to the park and also to Söderåsen National Park, the largest natural forest in Northern Europe. Here you can hike around the legendary "Lake Odin", explore one of the many hiking trails through rocky landscapes and green beech forests or simply unpack your picnic basket and enjoy nature in peace and quiet. The national park is only a small part of the more than 20-kilometer-long and 5-10-kilometer-wide Söderåsen, a high rock formation that was formed 200 million years ago. You can also discover the Bonnarper heathland near Ljungbyhet and the Rönneå valley. Ljungbyhet has a large pool with a playground and café.
