This attractive holiday home, set right by the sea, is spacious enough for two families. It is well-equipped and has a big terrace, a lovely conservatory, and a stunning view. The cottage is located in Frillesås, within driving distance of the big city of Göteborg, and the charming seaside town of Varberg. The two-storey house has a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and all of the amenities you need. There are two living rooms, one on the bottom floor, one on the upper floor. In the living room on the bottom floor, there's a cosy wood-burning stove and a TV with a large selection of channels (ComHem via Tivo). There's a ComHem catalogue of the channels by the TV. One of the bottom floor bedrooms has a double bed and a Smart-TV, on which you can watch Viaplay and HBO. There's another bedroom with a single bed and an extra bed (a fold-up bed). The bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. There's also a WC by the laundry room. The laundry room opens onto the lovely conservatory. On the second floor, there's a living room with a dining table. The living room opens onto the balcony, from which you have a delightful view of the bay. The second floor also features two bedrooms, with a double bed in one, and two single beds in the other. There's also a bunk bed in the annex. If you enjoy fishing, you can buy a fishing permit and catch some brown trout in the nearby creek, Loftaån. Golfers will enjoy the 18-hole golf course at Sjögärde GK which is 8 kilometres away. In Frillesås, only 600 metres from your holiday home, you will find a grocery store and a restaurant. There are also plenty of great beaches in the area. The town of Kungsbac ka is 25 kilometres away and Varberg is 27 kilometres away. Göteborg is 50 kilometres away. Welcome to this attractive holiday home!
