Welcome to a beautiful farm on the border between Gästrikland and Uppland. Here you live in a beautiful 1900s house with chickens that peck freely outside on the grounds that belong to the farm, there are also horses. A nature experience for those who love peace and quiet but want some comforts within reach. The pool is adjacent to the partly roofed terrace of the house and is shared with the home owner. Solar heating coils on the roof heat the pool which makes it vary in temperature depending on how much the sun shines, it is open for swimming from June to August. Here, the children can swim while the evening meal is prepared on the outdoor grill, you easily reach the kitchen through the patio door that leads directly into the kitchen. Dishes are done by hand in this house. On the ground floor you have two of the house's bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a bunk bed and is a passageway to the room with a double bed. A beautiful bathroom with a natural stone floor is equipped with a shower, wc and sink. In the kitchen you have a cozy breakfast nook and adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room where all the guests in the house can be accommodated. If the evening is a bit chilly, you can light a good one in the iron stove in the kitchen and in the stove in the dining room. Upstairs you will find a larger common room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed and two smaller bedrooms that each have their own single bed. The sauna is located in a separate house out on the farm, and anyone who has been out on a hike along the Gästrikeleden or cycled around Hedesunda, a distance of 18.8 km, can seek relaxation in the safe warmth of the sauna. The Dalälven, which is very famous for its rich fishing life, is within easy reach, you can walk to the water in about 20 minutes. Welcome to Hedesunda!
