Beautiful view of Lake Fryken from the sunny balcony. This villa is just as suitable for renting in summer as it is in the other seasons of the year. In winter there is an outdoor rink within walking distance, in summer there is a swimming area a few minutes away and autumn offers plenty of berries and mushrooms. The house with its open floor plan has a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and a laundry room. From both the kitchen, the bedrooms and the balcony you have a magnificent view of Lake Fryken. The bathroom has both a shower and WC and the laundry room has both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The house's large bedroom has a double bed and the small bedroom has a single bed. The fully equipped kitchen that you will find in the middle of the house invites you to social evenings in front of the stove together. The food is enjoyed in the spacious dining room, or why not in front of the TV in the living room. The outdoor room is the perfect hangout on a rainy summer day, the pool is free to use from 2024. The balcony with its beautiful view of Lake Fryken is a natural gathering place on rainy days. When the evening begins to creep in, you light a fire in the outdoor grill and enjoy the silence of the nearest neighbor, nature. Both shops and restaurants are within a short driving distance. Businesses in the Kil community and the nearest restaurant can be found at Dömle Herrgård and Golfklubben. Bathing area a short drive away down at Hagudden with both jetty and sandy beach as well as barbecues. There is also boat mooring here for the fishing trip and in summer there are also performances out here on the headland. Up at the local sports club, a short walk away, there is everything from a hockey rink and bowling green to an outdoor gym and hiking trails. There are plenty of hiking/biking trails in the area. For example, the Pilgrimsleden/Frykenleden runs right next to it, which goes all the way up to Torsby. A short drive away you will find the leisure area in Kil with, among other things, cross country, archery, horse riding, go-karting, swimming area and camping. Warm welcome!
