A cottage in top condition that is beautifully situated up in the beautiful Kilsbergen - called De Blå Bergen thanks to the blue silhouette that can be seen down from Örebro. Here you live very comfortably and peacefully with nature close to the house. The house is flooded with light thanks to the large panoramic windows in the main house. Enjoy on the large terrace on a sunny day or sit outside and enjoy the dinner prepared on the grill, you choose. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen in a semi-open floor plan with a small bar area. In the main house there is plenty of space and you have a comfortable TV corner and a large dining area where you can easily sit up to six people. On a rainy day, you are welcome to light a fire in the solid fireplace and relax. You have two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and direct access to the bathroom where you will also find the house sauna. The second bedroom is located in the second part of the house and has a comfortable bunk bed with a wider slaf at the bottom and here you will also find the house second bathroom. Everything very tastefully decorated and thoughtful. If you are one of those who want an active holiday, you have come to the right place. Starting at First Camp Ånnaboda-Örebro, you reach over 200 km of MTB trails. The trails meander around Kilsbergen's magnificent nature, old ancient castles, cobblestone fields and offer varying degrees of difficulty and distance. The trails are linked to Pershyttan's trails in the north and Lekeberg's trails in the south. Look out for the color markings that go from green "Lookout" to black "Terrible rush". Head to Rusa Kulan and admire a magnificent view of both Närke and Västmanland. Only a few hundred meters away from the cottage is one of the county's best beaches. Ånnabosjön is beautifully situated and has everything you could possibly need during a wonderful day at the beach. Swim from jetties or step in directly from the beach and enjoy ice cream, coffee and simple food during the summer's sunny days. In high season, First Camp Friluftsanläggning, which is a few minutes walk from the house, offers simpler food in its restaurant.
